Class Policies

Class Reservations

  • Clients are encouraged to sign-up prior to class to reserve a spot. 

  • Sign-up through the website HERE or the Mindbody App (Elements Studios).

  • Walk-ins are welcome.

  • Refer to class cancellation policy below.

CLASS PASSES, PACKAGES, AND Memberships

  • Class passes, packages, and memberships can be used for ANY regularly scheduled class accordingly.

  • Memberships cannot be shared.

  • Memberships automatically renew unless prior notification is provided to studio by client.

  • Complimentary Guest Passes & First Class Free – applies to regularly scheduled classes only. (Cannot Be Used for Pop-Up classes, events, or workshops)

  • Valid credit card must be kept on file for all memberships.

Cancellations

LATE CANCELLATION / No show Fees

  • To avoid a fee you must cancel your class reservation at least 8 hours before the class start time. 

  • Fees:

    • Class Pass Member If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class it will result in a loss of that class pass.

    • Monthly Memberships If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class, you will incur a $20 Late Cancel (LC) Fee. 

    • VIP Members If you cancel less than 8 hours before the class, you will incur a $15 Late Cancel (LC) Fee. 

*These charges are Non-Reversible Charges: Please understand that these charges take place automatically and the studio incurs a fee for every transaction.

Weather CancelLation

  • Weather cancellations will be made at least one hour before the scheduled class time. Clients that are signed up will receive and email and/or text message notification with this information. Cancellations will also be posted to the schedule on the website and Mindbody App.

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATIONS

  • Things happen, Any Unexpected Cancellations be notified in the same way. Clients that are signed up will receive and email and/or text message notification with this information. Cancellations will also be posted to the schedule on the website and Mindbody App.

  • Elements Studios reserves the right to cancel any class one hour before the scheduled start time if no one is signed up. 

  • To guarantee a spot and prevent class cancellations, we strongly encourage you to sign up at least 90 minutes prior to the start of any class. 

We strongly suggest that before dropping in for a class without a reservation, that you please check the schedule for any last-minute changes or cancellations. Signing up for classes will ensure that they will you have a secured spot in that class.

 

Relax Room Services

  • Massage and Reiki appointments are to be scheduled by contacting the therapists directly or online, as available.

  • Therapist’s contact information is posted on the website and in the studio.

Transaction Fees

  • A $35 failed/ returned transaction fee, incurred by the studio, will be deleted and charged to the client. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Retail Purchases

  • Studio purchases can be refunded, for studio credit ONLY, within the allotted 7-day timeframe. NO EXCEPTIONS
