YOGA

Sophie loves yoga because it heals and connects. Through deepening her yoga/meditation practice & teaching all kinds of populations, she has developed a stronger, more compassionate relationship with herself and with the world around her. That heart-opening experience is a huge part of what inspires her now as a teacher.

Sophie’s intention for her classes is that you come away with an open heart, a very happy body, & a newfound sense of awe for the world and all the creatures and people in it. For Sophie, practicing yoga off the mat is what matters most.

Sophie cares about happiness, community, human rights, travel, and crazy good food.
