Whether you are a seasoned runner or doing a couch-to-5K, yoga is an ideal way to work out all the tension that can build up while pounding the pavement. Join seasoned runner and yoga instructor, Alyssa Gustwiller, for a workshop that includes breath practice, flow, deep stretch, and rest.
