WHAT TO EXPECT

One hour dedicated to complete relaxation!

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep”, is a technique that systematically relaxes the body and mind. You will cultivate conscious relaxation, ease ongoing stress and anxiety, and feel your body melt away into a soothing state of being. During Nidra you will cultivate a Sankulpa (an intention, not a goal or resolution) for a change to make in then year ahead.

After Nidra we will use our Sankulpa to create the tone for a small vision board to start our journey in the new year!
