Buti Yoga is NOT a “traditional” yoga class. It combines dynamic asanas (vinyasa flow) with primal movement, dance, and deep core engagement by using the Spiral Structure Technique (TM). The utilization of a static shake releases lactic acid build up and rejuvenates the cells.
The word “Buti” is an Indian Marathi word meaning a “cure to something hidden or kept secret”.
The goal is to take students out of their heads and comfort zones and into their bodies through movement and music.
