Our beginners workshop is a 3 part series that will focus on basic yoga poses and bettering your practice. You will learn how to land poses correctly, connect breath with movement, and the proper structure and alignment of poses. We will flow through some basic sequencing to demonstrate common verbal cues, yoga terminology and correct posture.

This workshop is designed to introduce beginners to yoga, to help new yogis build on the foundation of their practice, as well as to assist all yogis to hone in on their yoga skills.
