Kari Lenhardt earned her 200-hour certification from Chagrin Yoga in June 2018.

She started practicing yoga in 2016 and discovered so much about herself. She enjoys practicing and teaching yoga so much that she volunteers her time teaching family and friends. She continues educating herself, attending workshops and local yoga events. She is a big supporter of her fellow yogis and loves to teach and host fun events like Yoga & Wine, especially on a Friday after a long work week.

In my class, it’s all about you. It’s your space. It’s your mat. It’s your practice. You will feel safe with no judgment. My focus as a yoga teacher is to make you comfortable in your body and learn to love your beautiful self.
