Kari Lenhardt earned her 200-hour certification from Chagrin Yoga in June 2018.

When I started my yoga practice, I started my journey of self discovery. Little did I know at the time what a positive and loving influence it would have on my life. not to mention it changed my perception of the way I look at myself ,my relationships, people, and the world in general. I have been practicing yoga for 4 years. I have been teaching for two years. I received my 200hr certification from Chagrin Yoga.

I teach fire flow vinyasa and In my classes I encourage self love and connecting your breath with your mind, body and heart. I will encourage you to listen to your body and either take the asanas to your edge or take a more chill approach if thats how you are feeling that day . there is no judgement from me or anyone when you are on your mat.

I continually educate myself in workshops of all kinds and most importantly, my own practice on my mat so I have more to offer in my classes. My goal this year is a freestanding handstand so I can offer assistance in teaching this challenging inversion.

For fun I would like to host a fun yoga event or two throughout the year , usually there is wine involved as well as wonderful, friendly, and loving yogis.
I like to support my fellow teachers at the studio and always enjoy learning from all of them

In my class, it’s all about you. It’s your space. It’s your mat. It’s your practice. You will feel safe with no judgment. My focus as a yoga teacher is to make you comfortable in your body and learn to love your beautiful self.
