CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
CERTIFIED SENIOR FITNESS
PILATES & GROUP FITNESS BOOTCAMP
Jane Telich has been involved in the fitness industry for more than 30 years.
She began teaching aerobics and group step back when that “other Jane” [Jane Fonda] was finishing her career. Jane began as a runner/marathoner and moved into weight training, aerobic and step classes for variety.
She fell in love with Pilates after an injury and has been teaching Mat Pilates for the last 15 years. Jane’s fitness career has also included coaching student volleyball, serving as a conditioning coach to high school athletes, corporate wellness, and senior fitness for balance and function.
She also enjoys teaching Power Pilates, which is a fusion of pilates core strength and lengthening movements with the added fire of strength training.
Jane received her senior fitness certification at the encouragement of her 94-year-old father, who still hits the gym three times a week and continues to inspire her.
“I’ve seen the fitness Industry change, evolve and grow tremendously, and I’m so happy to have been part of that. I always say I have the best job, I get to ‘play’ all day and interact with wonderful people,” said Jane.
