What if I bought a package, and would like to suspend it?2021-05-22T14:19:06-04:00

Unlimited packages cannot be put on hold or carried over to another timeframe. All packages are renewed according to policy unless canceled in advance.

What is your class cancellation & charge policy?2021-05-22T14:17:08-04:00

Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to the start time of your reserved class in order to avoid a penalty. This includes all workshops and special events. If you are an unlimited monthly or annual pass holder, there will be a $15 charge to your account for no-show or late class cancellations.

How do weather-related cancellations work?2018-10-15T20:36:13-04:00

Hey. We live in NEO. Weather happens.
We will be following the School Closing alerts for the West Geauga School systems for the morning classes.
We also will communicate via social media.
For evening classes, check back with us. We want you and our staff to be safe.
You will not be charged for any weather-related class cancellations.

What is a no-show/late cancel charge?2021-05-16T19:18:02-04:00

A no-show/late cancel charge is initiated by the studio when the student is signed up in advance for any class and does not cancel outside of the 12 hour window to receive a refund. If you are an unlimited monthly or annual pass holder, a $15 charge will be added to your account for each no-show or late cancellation.

You can sign-up for Cycle & Climb, and be waitlisted if the class is full.
By 5 PM the evening before your ride/climb, any open bikes or climbers will be automatically booked if they are already signed up on the waitlist.
Be sure to check your email to confirm your class. You will be subject to the late cancel policy with the auto-booking process.

What if I am on the waitlist, and there is a late cancel?2018-10-15T20:44:13-04:00

Keep your eyes on your inbox, and sign-up for class as soon as you can! FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!
We are not able to book you into late-cancel scenarios as it is less than 12 hours before the beginning of class.
Call it a flaw in technology.

Please note: You will not be charged unless you have been confirmed as booked into the class.

For example, another student late cancels at midnight, and the class is at 6:00 AM.
You are on the waitlist and have already been charged to be placed on it.
As it is midnight (and you are sleeping) you may not be able to confirm that you want to take that spot.
If you do not confirm, you will not be charged.

What if I was on the waitlist & signed up, but I’m running late?2018-10-18T13:40:48-04:00

We reserve the right to give your cycle/climber away 5 minutes before class if you have not signed in.
If you are cutting it close, please call the studio.

Please keep in mind, especially in cycle & climb, the rooms are dark.
Out of respect for others and for your own safety, we do not allow you to enter the space after class starts.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

Retail returns will be honored with a receipt within 14 days of purchase for studio credit only.
