Elements would like you to feel prepared for your class.
Listed below are some best practices to ensure you maximize each class interaction.

YOGA Etiquette

  • Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you can set-up your mat space and gather any needed props.
  • You will not be allowed to enter class after 5 minutes of the beginning.
  • Remove your shoes. Socks are permitted.
  • Towel & water suggested.
  • No glass will be permitted in the studio.
  • Disconnect! Cell phones should stay outside. (We know there are extenuating circumstances, please be respectful) Ringers off!
  • No food, unless required medically and communicated prior to class.
  • Mute the screen on your Apple Watches, especially in early/late classes.
  • Savasana. Please respect the rest at the end of class for others. If you need to exit, do so quietly when announced.
  • Mats are available for rental. Don’t sweat it. –Sweat on it!
  • Be mindful of olfactory sensitives. This includes minimizing the usage of colognes/perfumes, lotions/balms, and practicing good self-care.
  • Leave your space in the way you found it. Our studio is cleaned constantly; however help us accomplish this by putting props away and cleaning the area around your mat.

CLIMB Etiquette

  • Arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to ensure you can set-up your machine. As this is only a 30 minute class, it is critical that we start on time.
  • We reserve the right to give your machine away if there is a waitlist 5 minutes prior to class.
  • The EARTH STUDIO is dark. No one will be permitted to enter the room after class begins due to safety issues.
  • DO NOT alter resistance if not in motion! This damages the machine severely.
  • Tennis shoes required.
  • No loose clothes! (baggy sweats, big sweatshirts, etc.)
  • Towel & Water suggested.
  • No glass will be permitted in the studio.
  • Disconnect! Cell phones should stay outside. (We know there are extenuating circumstances, please be respectful) Ringers off!
  • No food, unless required medically and communicated prior to class.
  • Mute the screen on your Apple Watches. They shine like beacons in the night and disturb other riders.
  • Final stretch. Please respect the stretch at the end of class for others. If you need to exit, do so quietly when announced.
  • Be mindful of olfactory sensitives. This includes minimizing the usage of colognes/perfumes, lotions/balms, and practicing good self-care.
  • Leave your space in the way you found it. Discard any trash/recycle any materials you can. Our staff will wipe down the machines.

CYCLE Etiquette

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so you will have the to set-up your cycle. As this is only a 45 minute class, it is critical that we start on time.
We reserve the right to give your cycle away if there is a waitlist 5 minutes prior.

  • The AIR STUDIO is dark. No one will be permitted to enter the room after class begins due to safety issues.
  • Cycle shoes are required and available for rental. Cleats used are SPD or DELTAS.
  • No loose clothes! (baggy sweats, big sweatshirts, etc.
  • Towel & Water suggested.
  • No glass will be permitted in the studio.
  • Disconnect! Cell phones should stay outside. (We know there are extenuating circumstances, please be respectful) Ringers off!
  • No food, unless required medically and communicated prior to class.
